I'm continuing to make my own bread in my quest to be a healthier eater. This raisin cinnamon bread turned out wonderful! I'm looking forward to my son being home next week for spring break. He is the resident expert on making beer bread.

Delicious looking bread. I can almost smell it from here. We have a great recipe for shredded wheat bread. Maybe it's time to make it again.
