Squares and grids surround us in our built environment. Focus in on some squares today and make a photograph.
Some good ol' fashioned blocks. I played with these as a child at my aunt's house. When my son was young she passed them along to him. They show some wear and tear and have provided hours of entertainment. I hope someday they'll be used by our grandchildren.

Toys made long ago were meant to last. I have some wooden blocks that have also made the rounds. Hope they will continue to do so for many years.
