This wonderful gentleman had the honor of being the Grand Marshall of the St. Patrick's Day Parade. He and his wife are two of the kindest and good hearted people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I don't think the city of Utica could have come up with a better or more deserving Grand Marshall.
